The Client was an up and coming rap artist out of Montreal, Quebec. She came to me with a moodboard of her favorite album art, as well as some photoshoots of artists she really looked up to. She was releasing her first ever EP and she had a feel of what she wanted, but she wasn't sure how to get there.
We worked very closely together on this, chose the image of herself that she wanted to use and I went to work. The original image was of her in the California desert, cutting it out was a feat that I am still proud of to this day.
She wanted a lot of grunge and noise as well as only the EP name and not her name.
